Ingredients for Alle Belle Recipe, Goan Coconut Jaggery Pancake

For Alle Belle Pancake Batter

250 gms maida (Refined Flour)

2 eggs (slightly beaten)

1/2 cup milk

water for making batter

oil / ghee

salt as required

For Alle Belle Pancake Filling

1 coconut freshly grated

1 goan palm jaggery, (grated or broken into fine pieces)

3 - 4 green cardamon pods (powdered)

For Alle Belle Pancake Filling

1Mix the shredded coconut, jaggery and powedered cardomons and add them in the vessel with little water, let it cook till the jaggery melts and water dissolves, then let it cool down.

For Alle Belle Pancake Batter

1In a Mixing Bowl add maida and salt and mix well

2Then add the beaten eggs, milk and water and mix to make a thin batter dropping consistency. (not too thick)

3Heat little oil in the frying pan and pour little batter and spread evenly on the frying pan.

4Cook on one side only and try to lift it, when freely movable, remove and keep aside.

Assembling Pancake / Alle Belle

1Place the Pancake on the plate and the required filling mixture in the center and roll the pancake and keep aside and do the others also.

2Serve the Alle Belle / Goan Coconut Jaggery Pancake on a good serving plate for evening tea time.
