Goan Pork Vindaloo Recipe is very famous and traditional goan pork vindaloo dish, easy to prepare. It is cooked on occasions and festivals and people all over the world likes it. This Goan Pork Vindaloo Recipe is a bit spicy and tangy dish and a delicious meal and easy to cook. It is the Kashmiri chillies which gives this dish red color

Ingredients for Goan Pork Vindaloo

1 kg Pork (with bones gives better taste)

1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste

4 Onions Medium Size finely Chopped

1/2 tsp Tumeric powder

salt to taste

2 tbsp Oil

3 cups Water

For Grinding

17 Kashmiri Chillies

2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste

2 tsp Jeera

1/2 tsp Tumeric Powder

1 inch Cinnamon Stick

6 Peppers

6 Cloves

Vinegar


Directions for Goan Pork Vindaloo

1Cut the pork to medium pieces and apply the ginger garlic paste and salt and keep aside for atleast 30 minutes

2Then make the grinding masala to fine powder and then add little vinegar and grind to fine paste and keep aside

3Now fry the chopped onions with oil till they are golden brown and then add tumeric powder fry another one minute

4Then add the grinded masala and fry for 2 minutes, and then add the marinated pork pieces and fry till the oil is seperated

5Then add the water and cook on low fire till the Goan Pork Vindaloo is completely ready

This dish will be more tasty if served the next day as it gets better marinated.
