Vermicelli Kheer Recipe with Milk is a good Vermicelli Dessert very simple to make and tasteful. This is cooked with milk at most of the Indian House as desserts or at occasions, can be cooked any time

Ingredients for Vermicelli Dessert

1.5 cups broken vermicelli

500 ml milk

4 tbsp sugar (adjusting to taste)

2 tbsp ghee

4 green cardamons

4 cloves

8 slightly roasted almonds and cashewnuts chopped

Few raisins (optional)

Directions for Vermicelli Dessert

1 Heat ghee and fry the cardamons and cloves slightly or till you get the aroma

2 Then add the Vermicelli and fry till become slightly golden brown

3 Now Add the milk and bring boil and then add sugar and stir well till it get dissolved

4 Then on low flame cook for 6-7 minutes and the milk get slightly thick.

5 When the vermicelli is cooked the almonds, cashews, and raisins

6 Can be served warm or cold

Can add more milk according to the thickness you require, and adjust the sugar to your taste.
