Ingredients for Restaurant Style Chicken 65
500 gms - Chicken Pieces (boneless preferred)
Chicken 65 Marination
3 tsp - Ginger Garlic Paste
2-3 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
1/2 tsp Pepper Powder
2 tsp Coriander Powder
3 tbsp Corn Flour
2 tbsp Plain Flour (Maida)
1/4 tsp Food Color (Orange or Red)(Optional)
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
1/2 tsp Vinegar
Salt to Taste
For Frying Chicken 65
1 sprig Curry Leaves
2 Green Chillies Slit (Optional)
Oil for deep frying
Chicken 65 Serving
Lemon 1/2 wedge just to season
Directions for Restaurant Style Chicken 65
1Cut the Chicken into Pieces, then clean and wash with water and drip away the excess water.
2Take all the ingredients in Chicken 65 Marination and the chicken pieces and mix them well, then keep it aside for atleast 2 hours or Keep in refrigerator for overnight.
3Heat Oil in the thick-bottomed pan (kadai /wok), then add the curry leaves and green chillies, deep fry them them and keep aside.
4Deep fry the chicken pieces in batches on medium heat on both the sides till crispy and golden brown, then drain the Chicken 65 pieces and place them on paper to absorb excess oil.
5Serve the Restaurant Style Chicken 65 at home with onion slices, lemon wedge with fried curry leaves and green chillies.
